Domestic Shipping (Lebanon)

We process all Lebanese orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

  • Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Lebanon. Card Payments are also available.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Peak Periods: Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping (GCC)

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Payment Method: Payments can be made securely online using a Visa or Master Card card.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout depending on your location.

  • Peak Periods: Processing and delivery times may extend slightly during busy seasons or promotional campaigns.

Additional Notes

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking number.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, custom delays or import duties that may apply upon delivery. The shipping cost does not include customs fees, which vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
